仿真中需要用到HV9910芯片，但是仿真软件中没有这块芯片。所以想利用datasheet搭建芯片，但是不理解datasheet里面的oscillator和blanking是什么作用，无法用元件表征这个作用。采用的是8脚经电阻接入四脚，恒定关断时间模式。求解答
