用的是PADS2007，定义这一层为split/mixed层，请问焊盘周围的那些小圆圈是干什么用的，这么分割的时候线画进了蓝色的圈有影响吗？而且这样的区域包含了其他一些过孔在进行plane connect有影响吗？
