I have connected the reset pin of the MMCM to 0. I see that when i start my system, 9 out of 10 times it starts normally, but once it starts in such a way that the LOCK pin of the MMCM never goes high, and i have to perform a power cycle to restart the system, after which it works again. In the MMCM, I have configured the clock frequencies (F0, 2F0) such that they assume a general value, but the actual values can have variations upto 10 MHz.....
