在我一个小项目中有一个数据采集单元，要采集的是一个单端信号。而ADC是支持差分输入的，那在要求精度比较高的情况下，比如充分挖掘16位ADC芯片性能的情况下，是否有必要把单端转成差分呢。另补充说明下采集的信号输入模块和ADC转换在一个小单元内，距离也很近。我的想法是不转差分，把ADC当成伪差分输入，ADC负端给一个固定偏置。请教专家这是否合适？
