When I try to program it using Pickit 3 I get this error command: Unable to connect device. Failed to get device ID. But I noticed a weird behaviour because sometimes I get this error and sometimes I am able to program the device. I am wondering if it is something related to the decoupling capacitors. I have attached the circuitry around the PIC so that you can see the way the capacitors are placed. C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6 are the capacitors between Vdd and Vss.C7 is the capacitor between AVdd and AVss.C1 is the Vddcore/Vcap capacitor. R1 is the 10K pull-up resistor in MCLR and R2 is a 50 ohm resistor for limiting drained current for MCLR pin. Does anyone have any idea of how can I solve this problem? On the other hand, when I am able to progam the device and I configure and intialize (using Microchip Harmony Configurator) a digital port to high I see 3,3 volts in the selected pin.
