SN74LVCC3245A芯片,把3.3V转换为5V,当OE上拉为3.3V时,根据芯片手册输出应该是高组态,输出电压用4.7K电阻下拉,发现输出1.4V电压。感觉很困惑,输出不应该是0V吗?
