按照文档RISC-V系列代码烧录，使用 HiBurn 烧录时，提示 Please reset board... 之后需要重启开发板。但是烧录程序并没有给我时间让我重启开发板，而是直接报错退出。请问这种情况如何解决？

固件。由于设备没有reset物理按键，需要经常长按POWER键进行强制关机，调试起来比较麻烦。于是在shell中添加reboot命令实现类似Android设备的重启命令。查找芯片手册，找到实现软件重启

现象：reboot命令重启设备后，在rt_hw_board_init中打开中断，会触发SysTick_Handler，理论上这时候应该没有中断才对，bootloader中跳转前也关闭了systick
