我现在在使用DAC904E,发现其输出有一个2fs - fc的杂散,很大,导致DAC SFDR指标只有不到30dB。 如果有相应的Application Note供阅读是最好的。谢谢!

模式,电压输出为0V电路连接严格参考手册要求,测试1.2V参考电压正常更换了多个单板,和DAC芯片无果, 用TI 的DAC904做兼容替代,效果依旧。之前用过AD9764,同样的驱动设计,电路基本一样,能正常输出,请各位专家多多指教,谢谢!!!
