树脂的耐漏电起痕性优劣与其结构中基团的碳化程度难易有关。一般覆铜板都采用结构中有芳香环的树脂,如双酚A型环氧树脂、酚醛树脂等,它们的耐热性好,但结构的苯环或酚核等较易碳化;普通FR-4。
