你好, AD7982的VREF与VDD/VIO之间是否有时序要求?手册里没查到。 在目前我们的设计中,VREF(5V)先于VDD(2.5V)和VIO(2.5V)上电,不知是否会有问题。谢谢。

使用AD7982进行数据采集,用ADA4940进行驱动,驱动芯片出来的信号正常,但是经过AD7982进行采集后,还原得到的信号电压幅值衰减一半,信号频率增大了一倍。AD7982的读取程序是采用的官方例程,应该无误。

我选了几款带SPI接口的ADC(如AD7680,AD7982等),看SPI时序时,发现在CS/CNV拉低时,一次只能读取一个转换结果,而不能连续读取,要读取下一个时必须得再次拉低CS/CNV。 请问有哪些型号是支持在CS/CNV拉低时可以连续读取转换结果的?谢谢!
