据羊城晚报报道，近日中芯国际从荷兰进口的一台大型光刻机，顺利通过深圳出口加工区场站两道闸口进入厂区，中芯国际发表公告称该光刻机并非此前盛传的EUV光刻机，主要用于企业复工复产后的生产线扩容。
